Over 50 Years of Country Rock In One Night


The Union Colony Civic Center, 701 10th Ave., brings a concert for all country lovers with Nitty Gritty Dirt Band on Saturday, October 20, at 7:30 p.m.

With over 50 years in the music industry, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band has been cited as a catalyst for an entire movement in country music. With multi-platinum and gold records, strings of top ten hits, multiple Grammy, IBMA, CMA Awards and nominations, the band's accolades continue to accumulate.

Today, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band includes members, Jeff Hanna, Jimmie Fadden and Bob Carpenter continuing their non-stop touring in their 52nd year together. Reminisce while hearing favorites like “Fishin’ in the Dark” and “Mr. Bojangles” in a night to remember.
