Storytellers Invited to Audition

Do Tell Logo

The Greeley Creative District is currently inviting applications from local residents who would like to audition to become a speaker at its 5th annual DoTell! storytelling event.

This special evening of storytelling will take place on Thursday, November 21 from 7 to 9 p.m. on stage at the Hensel Phelps Theater located in the Downtown Union Colony Civic Center.

The stories are not the work of professional presenters but are based upon the experiences of local “everyday people” - neighbors, friends, and colleagues - who have been selected through an audition process to tell their story.  The selected storytellers offer an array of topics with personal and unique experiences that have had an important impact on the storyteller’s life. Some of the stories are funny, others enlightening or inspirational, most are touching.

All applications must be turned into the Greeley Creative District by August 23.
