Tickets are now on sale for the annual production of “Do Tell! – Greeley Voices, which will take place on November 21 at 7 p.m. This popular program will feature compelling stories presented by six local residents on stage at the Hensel Phelps Theater located in the downtown Union Colony Civic Center.
The stories are not the work of professional presenters, but are based upon the experiences of local “everyday people” - your neighbors, friends, and colleagues - who have been selected through an audition process to tell their story. The storytellers offer an array of topics with personal and unique experiences that have had a significant impact on the storyteller’s life. The stories are funny, unbelievable, inspirational, or incredibly touching. All of the stories are compelling.
“Storytelling remains one of our most enduring means to relate the human experience,” notes Becky Safarik, Greeley Creative District President. “Everyone has a story, and we are enthused about providing a special setting to hear those stories. It is truly a transformational experience for the audience, as well as the performers.”
Tickets to the event are $25 and include a complementary journal and dessert reception with the speakers following the performance.
