Our Community Development Department guides the physical development of the community and serves as the single point of contact for planning, zoning, sign code, building inspection, neighborhood and natural resource services that promote good civic design and sustainable community development.

Our Engineering Development Review (EDR) division serves as a single point of contact for new residential and commercial development. They provide engineering design review and development agreement coordination services. Find more about the EDR here.
