The Northern Colorado Economic Development Initiative (NoCo REDI) conducted a Q4 2020 business survey between October 30, 2020, and December 15, 2020, as part of the ongoing effort to understand the challenges and concerns faced by businesses and individual in the midst of the ongoing pandemic. Greeley is incredibly fortunate to have many non-profit organizations that work to meet the needs of the community – through shelters, housing assistance, food, meals, etc. Even so, there may not always be enough resources to meet the needs. The EHH Department is providing the following information with regard to shelter and housing. Through the Greeley Urban Renewal Authority (GURA), we manage programs to provide a wide range of housing and neighborhood assistance to individuals with lower incomes and manage commercial rehabilitation and development within our urban renewal boundaries. We believe in taking care of the heart of our city and are proud of the significant capital investment that has occurred in our core. We expect this trend to continue.
