All event planning is made through our Scheduling Office Event Coordinators. You can also visit the office Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Our address is 1229 D. Street, Greeley CO 80631 - across the street from Aven's Village playground at Island Grove Regional Park.

Facility Rental Times
Sunday - Thursday: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Sunday - Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Food and Beverage

Food

Groups or individuals who rent facilities at Island Grove may select a caterer from the list of preferred caterers or they may provide their own food.

Renters may bring in baked goods, fast foods, fruits, etc. or prepare onsite meals for guests to provide hospitality for meetings and parties.

For all privately catered events, it is recommended to use a caterer located on Island Grove’s preferred caterers list. Renters may use a caterer not on the list but will be charged 15% of all food and beverage sales. Groups/vendors selling food or beverage at events or to the general public are subject to the 15% Island Grove Concession Fee.

Alcohol

Alcohol is allowed in Island Grove facilities but must be purchased through Island Grove’s alcohol concessionaire Deb Nelson at 970-576-2044. Please review the Alcohol Policy in our policy handbook. Professional security is required at all events that are serving alcohol. See the topic below for more information.

Security

Security is required in Island Grove facilities during events serving liquor. Renters will set up their events with one of our preferred security companies on the list below. There must be 2 security guards present for every 100 guests up to 300 guests. After 300 guests, 1 security guard must be present for every 100 guests (ex. If there are 300 guests, 6 security guards must be present. If there are 400 guests, 7 security guards must be present). All security guards must be present the entire duration of the event until all guests have vacated the facility. Once event guests have vacated the facility, two (2) security guards must remain at the facility until all remaining persons have vacated the facility (band members, decorators, vendors, etc.)

Equipment

Depending on the facility rented at Island Grove, some equipment may be included in the rental rate. Additional equipment is available for rent for use at Island Grove for an additional fee.

Costs

  • $10 each per table within Island Grove Regional Park (includes picnic tables)
  • $1 per plastic chair;
  • $2 per padded chairs;
  • $600 Wenger Stage (2);
  • $250 15x15 Dancefloor;
  • $100 per hour Forklift + operator.
