Introduced Ordinances

Prior to adoption, an ordinance must be introduced at any regular or special meeting of the City Council. Pursuant to Sec. 3-17 of the Greeley Home Rule Charter, if an ordinance is approved on first introduction, it shall be published in full, with notice given with that publication of the day, hour and place the Council will hold a public hearing on the ordinance before its passage.

Comments and questions can be made by email to cityclerk@greeleygov.com up to and through the meeting times; in writing via US Postal service to the City Clerk’s Office, 1000 10th Street, Greeley, CO 80631, and must be received by the day of the meeting; or by participating live in the virtual meeting by accessing the link provided on the first page of the agenda found on the City’s website at https://greeleyco.portal.civicclerk.com/. All written comments and questions will be entered into the official record. Said ordinances and any exhibits are on file and are available below.

Description: The City of Greeley is considering an application to rezone approximately 49.06 acres from H-A (Holding Agriculture) to PUD (Planned Unit Development). The PUD would allow residential uses with specific zoning standards.


Lake Bluff Filing No. 3 Preliminary Subdivision - SUB2024-0006

The City is considering a request from Taylor Morrison for a preliminary subdivision plat for development of 87 lots, 6 outlots, and dedication of rights-of-way within the PUD zoning district on approximately 13.8 acres of land. (SUB2024-0006).

Site Address: Northwest corner of 10th Street and 71st Avenue
Description: The City of Greeley is considering an application to rezone approximately 42.53 acres of land from R-L (Residential Low Density, R-H (Residential High Density) and C-D (Conservation District) to PUD (Planned Unit Development).  The PUD would allow various Residential uses with specific zoning standards.
