Introduced Ordinances

Prior to adoption, an ordinance must be introduced at any regular or special meeting of the City Council. Pursuant to Sec. 3-17 of the Greeley Home Rule Charter, if an ordinance is approved on first introduction, it shall be published in full, with notice given with that publication of the day, hour and place the Council will hold a public hearing on the ordinance before its passage.

Comments and questions can be made by email to cityclerks@greeleygov.com up to and through the meeting times; in writing via US Postal service to the City Clerk’s Office, 1100 10^th Street, Greeley, CO 80631, and must be received by the day of the meeting; or by participating live in the virtual meeting by accessing the link provided on the first page of the agenda found on the City’s website at https://greeleyco.portal.civicclerk.com/. All written comments and questions will be entered into the official record. Said ordinances and any exhibits are on file and are available below.
