For your convenience, we make many of our documents available online. You may also pick up documents at 1100 10th Street or have them mailed to you by calling 970-350-9780.
Submittals such as site plan, plat, constructions plans, landscape plan, and so forth, should be 11"x17” size documents.
Other documents, such as the legal description, project narrative, reports, and studies should be in 8½“x11” size documents.
All documents submitted to the City of Greeley should be in PDF format.
Project submittals are typically scheduled for a two-week review depending on the complexity of the project and the current queue. Keep in mind that all Land Use Applications require different submitted items as requested on the application and in the Pre-Application Meeting. Be aware that additional items may be requested during the review process. An incomplete application submittal may delay the review process, and a review will typically only be scheduled after all items are completely submitted.

A Pre-Application Meeting with the Planning Manager and Engineering Development Review Manager is generally required and advisable prior to submittal.
