    What Do You Need to Do?

    When the new system launches in November 2025, please create an account in the new City of Greeley Utility Portal. This is strongly recommended for all customers, and it is especially important if you currently pay your water bills online.

    • How: Check back on this page in early November 2025 for a link to create your new account.
    • Note: If you currently pay your water utility bill online and do not create a new account, your billing will revert to paper bills. If you’re already receiving paper bills, your service will remain unchanged.

    Digital literacy trainings will be available at the LINC Library Innovation Center in Greeley.
