Local Initiative for Landscapes and Conservation (LILAC)

Greeley Water Conservation aims to better serve all water customers by exploring an initiative called the Local Initiative for Landscapes and Conservation (LILAC). The goal of LILAC is to provide essential water efficient resources to qualifying households and nurture community pride one property at a time.

We Thank all Participants for Giving Us Their Feedback!

We wanted to make sure LILAC really understands what’s important to you and others in our community. Whether you attended a workshop or filled out a survey, your thoughts directly affected how LILAC will work by shaping its criteria, eligibility, and structure!
