Welcome to Local Initiative for Landscapes and Conservation (LILAC) program, your gateway to a greener, more sustainable future! As part of the City of Greeley Water and Sewer Department, LILAC aims to better serve qualifying households with resources to enhance front yards with more sustainable landscape practices in our community.
In 2024, Greeley’s water conservation staff conducted a survey to determine what kind of landscape assistance Greeley residents would find helpful. We wanted to make sure LILAC really understood what’s important to you and others in our community. Whether you attended a workshop or filled out a survey, your thoughts directly affected how LILAC will work by shaping its criteria, eligibility, and structure.
